In style. For me, this is the bottomline black that is very important to me. The one that shows up in your books. Its very funny when you see it this way:
1) I know that everybody around me are noobs who are trying to be smart.
2) I am way smarter than them; I have great ideas and burst interest in things that at the moment give good sense to make money in my mind.
Thus:
3) I should be owning them hard right?
But apparently not,
a) I still live with my parents.
b) My bank account is not having ANY noticable positive income.
c) I am not part of any boards or company directorship.
d) My ventures still do not give a black bottomline or ANY at all.
d) I do not even have a job yet.
Why is there such an incongruence? Is there something wrong? Am I just a loser actually?
Must I pretend to be successful thus pulling in people into my ventures thus making my ventures work thus making me successful, in a vicious cycle kind of way?
Please post your comments at this angry rant. I'd really like to see how you think.

Bad Bitches!
Omg, I was watching the latest Apprentice season-- the ones with celebrities. I saw Omarosa the BAD bitch! Ridiculous lady, my god, if you have seen her in the season where she first came in... I tell you she makes our Uni bitch look so tame. This Omarosa goes to people's talk show and get insulted and bad mouths everything. And I got so riled up by her that I blogged an entry.
Watch the video
I still do not know how can she survive after all these years. Really! For starters, she does not bring anything new to the board, next she is lazy, third she is not a nice person to deal with and lastly she bites! Deadweight and I would not even consider her in my company. Trump is a smart guy: she is just there for the ratings and even if the rest of the team lost (somehow), Trump will not hire her.
Fired four times in 2 years
Watch her lose!
But hey, we love gladiator shows even in this millenium. Jerry Springer for example.
Fancy watching a love triangle between cousins?

Old friends
Met Jeremy TKL online today.
He seems to be doing very well, got himself a great job at Shell as a design engineer. Big bucks-- because I mentioned that 2.6 is the standard going rate for fresh graduates and he said its poor so prolly he gets 3k. Seems to me that O&G is the way to go. Wanted to consider Down Under and US but the choice seems to lean towards Singapore for me since of girlfriend obligations and parents. Feel a bit afraid distance will kill it. I always felt that it was immature to be attached too much to this unguaranteed love-love stuff (think Clem) and that it may hold you back from your true calling (i.e. big bucks).
We chat and I told him I was doing my internship at the German Aerospace Center at the moment. Gave him a link to the official site for the Cologne branch. Here is the text that follows:
Jeremy says:
lol
Jeremy says:
nono
Jeremy says:
i meant where are you working?
Jeremy says:
are you working from their branch in malaysia?
Old friends. Go figure it out... :D

Mat Salleh Mentality
Yesterday, I went out with Sheryl to Cologne to get you guys some souvenirs. We stopped at the main train station and a few steps away from the Cologne cathedral was the souvenir shops. Looked around for great pricing and stuff plus found the origin of cologne. Buying the famous 4711 brand for A Ko Ko and Ah Teow.
So, I found your stuff but I will purchase it over the next few days when I pass by Cologne after work. Yeah, expect postcards and keychains and shot glasses. We later met up with Sheryl's Vietnamese friend, Cuong, who was a freakin' blast to have around. Jokes galore, and reminded me how I miss my good old school days. We went to Dim Sum Restaurant (guess what it serves). I wanted something filling so I took Fried Rice while Sheryl and Cuong shared dim sum portions. Pretty good and definitely authentic unlike my previous experience.
Here is the great part I found: table nearest to us had a German couple having a meal of noodles. After the meal, they came to us and said goodbye-- I was very impressed. I never had this in Malaysia. Later a British family came and sat down for dinner. This boisterious man from the table went to the toilet with his wife I presume (he pat her on her 'back'). After the toilet stint he came out and approached our table and told us that we speak good English (looking at me while saying that :D). Apalah man... ku kan budak Pinang. After the meal, they wished us goodbye again. So this my friends is 'damn nice' (like Vivek used to say). I think I can get used to this kind of life. Too much Chinaman thinking back home, and my home is not even China. F*** you @$$#0|3$ kacau my 4 years university life.
After the meal, I took down Cuong's email and should keep in touch. Nice, and we bid to him goodbye at the main train station and took an S-Bahn to Düren because no Aachen train can go through due to rail works. Sheryl told me about her life as a student in Europe. You would not believe the amount they gave her to study and the amount of travelling she does to nice places. Rome, Italian mountains, Prague, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Glasgow, Edinburgh... list goes on and on. I think our lecturers at UPM prolly had that good life too. Aiyo, felt regret wasted some of my life nia. We reached Düren and was told that no trains are there and there is a transit bus to take us to Eschweiler where a train is supposed to take us to Aachen. So we did that and at Eschweiler station, no train and worse yet saw the big yellow construction crane in the middle of the tracks; right... train... will come...
Bus driver talked to the guys working the tracks and decided that he take us all the way to Aachen. Pretty good. Stopped at the Elisenbrunnen and took a night bus back home. Had a craving for carbonated drinks and Sheryl popped me a Coke from her fridge.
Sigh, two more weeks before going back.
